Tapping personal ties to raise cash for a company that's either too new or too small to get financing elsewhere is an age-old formula that still makes sense.  Friends & Family often provide funds quicker and on more favorable terms than third party investors, but such investments can also be riddled with hazards and pitfalls.  Come listen to our expert panel of investors, entrepreneurs and experts who can provide needed advice as you navigate your personal capital community.

Introduction & Opening Remarks:

Yumin Choi - HLM Venture Partners

Discussion Moderator:

Robert Chow - Partner, Pepper Hamilton LLP

Speakers:

George Nichols - President & CEO, Sonian, Inc.

Rob Go - Senior Associate, Spark Capital

Gretchen Davidsen - Founder, Family Enterprise Services Consortium
